The position of Building Coordinator is a vital communication link for our Curlew Landings community. The Building Coordinator will relay information between the HOA board and the residents within his/her building.   
The building coordinator will at times, gather information from residents and report that information to the board. This may include information on social activities, maintenance issues, community planning and updates. The Building Coordinator position is a communication effort only, it is not a board position and the individual will not responsible for the completion of any physical activities.  

Routine maintenance requests should continue to go through established Work Order procedures. The list of Building Coordinators is available on the
Curlew Landings Website at this LINK.

The Architectural Review Committee Form (ARC) is to be submitted if you are requesting approval for improvements to the exterior of your home such as window replacements, enclosed porches.

This form is for repairs of common areas or any area that is to be maintained by the HOA including : landscape & sprinklers, pool, clubhouse, outside of buildings. Questions for the property manager can be asked through this form. NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY DO NOT USE THIS FORM.
